→ Mandatory Meal Supplement on 14th Feb, 24th/25th December and 31st December is not included. This amount will be charged extra if customers are travelling during these dates.
1. Standard Check-in time at the hotel is12.00 PM and Check-out time is 9.00 AM. An early check-in or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
2. Maximum 03 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress /rollaway.
3. The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund &; same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
4. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Andaman Shells & Guests, no refund will be processed.
5. Entrance free, Parking and Guide charges are not included in the package.
6. If your flights involve combination of different airline. You may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connection flight hub and register it again while checking in for the onward journey to your destination.
7. Booking rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
8. Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
9. Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passenger. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passenger at the time of the booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
10. The booking price does not include-Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephonic call
room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips camera fee etc.
11. The Package price doesn’t included special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotel especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasion. Andaman Shells shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Andaman Shells may not have this information readily available all the time.

13. Dispute, if any shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
14. All holiday service include ferry tickets of based category seats and these are blocked as per availability of seats. Hence, the ferry timing cannot be confirmed at the time of booking the holiday package.
15. Moreover, the seats on the inter-Islands ferries are booked as per availability and basis the group size hence, we cannot assure the availability of adjoin seats.
16. Foreign national need to obtain a restricted area permit upon arrival at the Port Blair airport from the immigration authorities.
17. Customers paying the package cost by Credit Card will be charged 2% extra charges on the total cost of the tour package as per company standard policies.
18. For customers those who take connecting flights, should book flights with a gap of at least 02 hours to avoid the risk of missing their flight.
19. Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 3 days before date of departure and NO refund shall be made.
